Abstract


Optimasi merupakan hal yang penting dalam berbagai bidang. Salah satunya adalah bidang penempatan pegawai dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia. Dengan optimasi penempatan pegawai dapat dilakukan dengan efektif, efisien dan sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan. Pada beberapa literatur terdapat banyak metode untuk optimasi. Namun dalam penelitian ini digunakan Algoritma Genetika untuk mengoptimalkan model pilihan dari perspektif dua arah sebagai model dari penempatan pegawai pada PT. Petrokimia Gresik. Pada akhir penelitian ditunjukkan bahwa Algoritma Genetika dapat digunakan untuk menyelesaikan model pilihan dari perspektif dua arah dan dirancang dalam sebuah prototipe perangkat lunak.
