Penentuan Kebijakan Waktu Optimum Perbaikan Komponen Heat Exchanger (HE) Pesawat Boeing 737-800 Menggunakan Metode Power Law Process di PT. Garuda Maintenance Facility (GMF) Aero Asia

Abstract


Industri penerbangan yang semakin berkembang di Indonesia menuntut adanya sebuah kualitas yang baik dalam segi pelayanan maupun kelayakan pesawat. Garuda Maintenance Facility (GMF) Aero Asia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa perawatan pesawat terbang yang berfungsi untuk meningkatkan keandalan dan keamanan dari pesawat. Komponen yang akan dianalisis adalah Heat Exchanger (HE), dimana komponen ini berfungsi mentransfer energy panas. Kebijakan tindakan perbaikan komponen HE dilakukan dengan cara memperbaiki komponen dalam usia ke- atau pada periode kegagalan ke- setelah dilakukan instalasi, tergantung pada kejadian mana yang akan berlangsung terlebih dahulu. Metode yang digunakan adalah Power Law Prosess dengan Non-Homogeneous Poisson Process. Penelitian ini menghasilkan keputusan pemeliharaan yang optimal berdasarkan biaya yang minimum pada kerusakan yang pertama atau pada saat jam terbang pesawat sudah mencapai 8900 flight hours dengan biaya yang dikeluarkan sebesar $0,109 per flight hours. Dari hasil perhitungan ini bagian pemeliharaan dapat mengambil keputusan secara tepat kapan akan dilakukan pergantian terhadap komponen HE sehingga kerugian yang terjadi dapat dicegah.
