Sintesis HKUST-1 (Cu-BTC) secara Solvotermal dengan Penambahan Surfaktan Cetil Trimetilammonium Bromida dan Modulator Asam Asetat

Abstract


Material Metal Organic Framework tipe HKUST-1 telah disintesis dengan prekusor tembaga nitrat trihidrat dan asam 1,3,5-benzentrikarboksilat secara solvotermal dalam pelarut etanol:DMF:air = 1:1:1 dan penambahan surfaktan Cetil Trimetilammonium Bromida (CTAB), serta modulator asam asetat. Sintesis dilakukan dalam botol “Duran” pada suhu 100 °C selama 10 jam. Padatan HKUST-1 yang diperoleh berbentuk serbuk berwarna biru cerah. Padatan HKUST-1 dikarakterisasi dengan XRD, FTIR, TGA, SEM-EDX, dan adsorpsi isoterm nitrogen (N2). Difraktogram padatan hasil sintesis menunjukkan puncak karakteristik HKUST-1 dengan intensitas dan derajat kristalinitas yang berbeda. Padatan hasil sintesis memiliki morfologi berbentuk oktahedral. Padatan CuBTC(S0,3) dan CuBTC(S0,3M4) memiliki kurva adsorpsi isoterm tipe IV yang merupakan intermediet antara material mikropori dan mesopori.
