Analisis Kapabilitas Proses Produk Transformator Hermetically Sealed 100 kVA di PT. “X”

Abstract


Pengendalian kualitas transformator hermetically sealed 100 kVA yang diproduksi oleh PT. X belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi terhadap produk cacat. Pengendalian kualitas yang dilakukan selama ini baru berdasarkan prinsip specify value, sedangkan secara statistik masih dilakukan secara deskriptif sederhana. Karakteristik kualitas transformator memiliki empat variabel penting yaitu rugi-rugi inti besi (WF), arus mengalir tanpa beban (I0), rugi-rugi tembaga (WCu) dan impedansi (Iz). Analisis yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas secara statistik pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis kapabilitas proses dan mencari penyebab produk cacat. Analisis kapabilitas proses dilakukan setelah membuat peta kendali multivariat yaitu improved generalized variance individu dan T2 Hotelling terkendali. Hasil dari analisis diketahui bahwa penyebab utama produk cacat adalah variabel kualitas WF (rugi-rugi inti besi) dan I0 (arus mengalir tanpa beban). Proses sudah terkendali tanpa menggunakan tujuh pengamatan yang out of control dan diperoleh nilai Cp* sebesar 4.7137 yang menunjukkan bahwa proses produksi transformator hermetically sealed 100 kVA Bulan Desember 2015 sudah kapabel.
