Abstract


Telah dilakukan penelitian tugas akhir mengenai pengaruh jarak terhadap besar kecepatan akses arah downlink untuk sistem komunikasi 1800Hz. Lokasi penelitian ini pada daerah Wiyung, Surabaya Selatan, provinsi Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode drive test, dan model Okumura Hata untuk menghitung besar Path Loss, hasil dalam penelitian ini di bandingkan dengan pengaruh sifat sinyal terhadap propagasi gelombang pada saat sinyal ditransmisikan. Dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa SINR berbanding lurus terhadap kecepatan akses data, maka ketika semakin besar nilai SINR, kecepatan akses data juga akan semakin cepat. Pengaruh jarak antara antena pengirim dan penerima terhadap besar SINR berbanding terbalik, sedangkan path loss akan semakin besar apabila jarak antara antena semakin jauh
