Sintesis K0,5Na0,5VO3 dengan Metode Reaksi Padat dan Potensi Sebagai Co-Firing Agent

Abstract


Sintesis material K0,5Na0,5VO3 (KNV) telah berhasil dilakukan dengan metode reaksi padat. Penentuan suhu kalsinasi dan suhu sinter material ini didasarkan pada titik leleh vanadium oksida yaitu sekitar 690°C. Sehingga didapatkan suhu kalsinasi 500°C dan suhu sinter 500°C dan 525°C selama masing-masing 2 jam. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil refinement pengujian XRD material KNV yaitu memiliki fasa tunggal dengan struktur monoklinik, parameter kisi a=10,544 Å, b=9,977 Å dan c=5,817 Å dan grup ruang C2/c . Densitas terukur dari KNV 525 adalah 3,03 g/cc, sedangkan untuk KNV 500 adalah 3,25 g/cc. Material KNV dapat digunakan sebagai co-firing agent pada bahan dielektrik keramik.
