Adsorpsi  zat  warna Remazol  Brilliant  Blue  R (RBBR) menggunakan adsorben nata de coco telah dilakukan. Proses adsorpsi dilakukan dengan metode Batch pada variasi dosis adsorben 0,02-3 gram dan waktu kontak 5-120 menit. Kondisi adsorpsi yang optimal menghasilkan efisiensi pengurangan kadar zat warna RBBR yang paling tinggi. Hasil adsorpsi zat warna RBBR optimal pada dosis adsorben 0,1 gram dengan persentase adsorpsi sebesar 95,815% dan waktu kontak 60 menit dengan persentase adsorpsi 96,618%
