Penerapan Diagram Bivariat Poisson pada Pengendalian Kualitas Ring Botol di PT. “X”

Abstract

Studi penerapan diagram kontrol Bivariat Poisson diaplikasikan pada data proses produksi ring New Teh botol di PT. “X”. Jenis variabel penelitian kualitas ring botol   meliputi jumlah cacat crack under ring dan crack on ring. Kepekaan batas kendali diagram kontrol Bivariat Poisson cenderung terlihat pada data yang mempunyai nilai korelasi tinggi, sehingga penelitian ini akan dilakukan pada studi kasus data yang berkorelasi rendah (Data 1) dan berkorelasi tinggi (Data 2). Pengendalian kualitas produksi juga akan diterapkan pada diagram kontrol c univariat dengan mengabaikan nilai keeratan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan diagram kontrol Bivariat Poisson pada data berkorelasi tinggi cenderung lebih sensitif daripada diagram kontrol c univariat.
