Sintesis Larutan Padat Zn0,1Mg0,9TiO3 Kemurnian Tinggi Menggunakan Metode Pencampuran Larutan

Abstract


Telah dilakukan penelitian sintesis serbuk larutan padat Zn0,1Mg0,9TiO3 (ZMT01) menggunakan metode pencampuran larutan pada temperatur kalsinasi 550 C dengan variasi waktu penahanan. Bahan dasar yang digunakan dalam sintesis ini adalah serbuk Ti dan Mg, sedangkan serbuk Zn sebagai bahan aditif. Sintesis dilakukan dengan melarutkan masing-masing serbuk ke dalam HCl. Hasil pelarutan kemudian dicampur dan diaduk selama 5 jam, lalu dikeringkan di udara pada temperatur 110 C dan dikalsinasi pada temperatur 550 C dengan variasi waktu penahanan 1, 2, 4 dan 6 jam. Karakterisasi hasil kalsinasi serbuk ZMT01 dilakukan menggunakan X-Ray Diffractometer, dan di analisis kuantitatif menggunakan perangkat lunak Rietica. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa fraksi berat relatif fasa geikelit mencapai 97,9% pada waktu penahanan 6 jam.
