Fabrikasi Dssc dengan Dye Ekstrak Jahe Merah (Zingiber Officinale Linn Var. Rubrum) Variasi Larutan Tio2 Nanopartikel Berfase Anatase dengan Teknik Pelapisan Spin Coating

Abstract


Telah dilakukan fabrikasi DSSC dengan menggunakan dye ekstrak jahe merah (Zingiber officinale Linn Var. Rubrum) dengan variasi larutan TiO2 fase anatase dengan teknik pelapisan Spin Coating. Variasi larutan TiO2 yang digunakan yaitu Larutan TiO2 yang dicampur dengan menggunakan dye ekstrak jahe merah dan tanpa dicampur. Berdasarkan  hasil pengujian menggunakan sumber cahaya lampu halogen. diperoleh karakteristik dari DSSC tersebut adalah Voc 500 mV, Isc 0,05 mA, P max 15,87 mWatt, FF 0,64 untuk sampel A. Sedangkan untuk sampel B diperoleh Voc 296 mV, Isc 0,02 mA, P max 1,7368 mWatt,  FF 0,34. Dengan teknik pencampuran dye pada larutan TiO2 akan menghasilkan nilai tegangan dan arus yang lebih besar dan waktu preparasi yang lebih efisien.
