Prevalensi dan Derajat Infeksi Anisakis sp. pada Saluran Pencernaan Ikan Kerapu Lumpur (Epinephelus sexfasciatus) di TPI Brondong Lamongan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat prevalensi dan derajat infeksi Anisakis sp. pada saluran pencernaan ikan kerapu lumpur (Epinephelus sexfasciatus) di tempat pelelangan ikan brondong Lamongan. Pengambilan sampel sebanyak 30 ekor ikan dengan ukuran ≥22 cm. Organ yang diamati lambung dan usus, kemudian dilakukan perhitungan prevalensi dan derajat infeksi Anisakis sp. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan prevalensi Anisakis sp. pada saluran pencernaan (meliputi lambung dan usus) ikan kerapu lumpur (Epinephelus sexfasciatus) sebesar 100%. Sedangkan derajat infeksi Anisakis sp. sebesar 4 individu Anisakis sp. pada organ lambung dan 7 individu Anisakis sp. pada organ usus dalam satu individu ikan kerapu lumpur (Epinephelus sexfasciatus).
