Pergeseran 2θ pada Pola Difraksi Sinar-X Mg1-xNixF1,985(OH)0,015 Akibat Variasi x

Abstract


Pada penelitian ini telah dilakukan sintesis Mg1‑xNixF1,985(OH)0,015 (x= 0; 0,025; 0,050; 0,075; 0,100; 0,150) dengan metode sol-gel. Struktur kristal padatan dikarakterisasi dengan Difraksi Sinar-X (XRD). Hasil XRD menunjukkan bahwa semua padatan Mg1‑xNixF1,985(OH)0,015 memiliki struktur tetragonal. Pada pola difraksi hasil karakterisasi Mg1-xNixF1,985(OH)0,015 menunjukkan tidak ditemukan puncak-puncak khas NiO. Modifikasi doping pada MgF1,985(OH)0,015 menunjukkan adanya pergeseran 2θ. Pergeseran terjadi pada 2θ tiga puncak utama yaitu 27,050-27,400, 40,300-40,557 dan 53,500-53,850.
