Perancangan Reflektor Cahaya untuk Sistem Pencahayaan Alami Berbasis Optik Geometri

Abstract


Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang perancangan dan reflektor pengumpul berkas cahaya untuk sistem pencahayaan alami berbasis optik geometri menggunakan 2 buah reflektor. Mekanisme pemanduan cahaya pada reflektor yang dirancang adalah dengan mengumpulkan cahaya matahari menjadi berkas titik oleh panel reflektor 1 dan di pantulkan kembali oleh reflektor 2 menuju lubang transmisi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh data gain (penguatan) reflektor jenis (type) 1 sebesar 2,9 kali di titik lubang trasnmisi. Gain reflektor jenis 2 sebesar 8,75 kali di titik fokus reflektor 1 dan 1,4 kali di titik lubang transmisi, sehingga dapat memberikan wacana tentang pemanfaatan energi matahari yang tidak terbatas hanya pada tinjauan termal dan listrik (solar cell). Energi matahari dapat dimanfaatkan dalam bidang pencahayaan yang sehat dan hemat energi pada ruang tertutup (tidak dapat dijangkau sinar matahari langsung).
