Abstract


Jumlah penderita tuna ganda menempati urutan pertama dibandingkan jumlah penderita disabilitas lain di Indonesia. Salah satu jenis tuna ganda adalah Multiple Disabilites with Visual Impairments (MDVI). Selain gangguan penglihatan, seorang anak juga mungkin mengalami keterbatasan yang lain seperti keterbatasan kognitif, perkembangan, pendengaran, dan mobilitas. Dengan adanya keterbatasan ganda tersebut, menyebabkan penderita MDVI pada masa tumbuh kembangnya mengalami gangguan dan membutuhkan perhatian lebih. Pengembangan media pembelajaran yang dipadukan dengan terapi yang berfokus pada perkembangan sensomotorik sebagai intervensi dini mampu menjadi media belajar yang efektif. Pengembangan perlu dilakukan terhadap fitur dan nilai – nilai pembelajaran yang tertanam pada mainan edukatif. Analisis dimulai dari observasi kegiatan dan kebutuhan belajar anak MDVI untuk mendapatkan gameplay yang tepat, dengan konsep simple and intuitive, flexibility in use, dan effective and efficient.
