Pengaruh Temperatur Kalsinasi pada Pembentukan Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) dengan Metode Solid State

Sebuah sintesis material katoda Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) dengan metode solid state telah selesai dilakukan. Bahan dasar yang digunakan adalah serbuk Lithium Carbonate sebagai sumber ion Li, Iron(III) Chloride Hexahydrate sebagai ion Fe, Di-ammonium Hydrogen Phosphate sebagai ion phosphate. Pada penelitian ini digunakan variasi temperatur kalsinasi yaitu 500°C, 550°C, 600°C, dan 700°C dengan waktu penahanan selama 10 jam. Karakterisasi dilakukan dengan mengunakan pengujian Difraktometer Sinar-X (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Particle Size Analyzer (PSA), dan LCR Two Probe. Analisis data XRD dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak X’pert High Score Plus (HSP). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa prosentase fasa olivine dan konduktivitas listrik tertinggi, yaitu 35% dan 0,0769 S/cm terbentuk pada temperatur kalsinasi 700oC. Partikel material katoda LFP berukuran mikron dalam rentang 0,8 – 1,3μm seperti yang ditunjukkan berdasarkan pengujian Particle Size Analyzer (PSA).
