Pengaruh Temperatur Kalsinasi terhadap Konduktivitas Listrik pada Bahan Elektrolit Padat Li1.3Ti1.7Al0.3(PO4)3 (LTAP) dengan Menggunakan Metode Liquid Mixing

Abstract


Telah dilakukan penelitian untuk mensintesis bahan elektrolit padat Li1,3Ti1,7Al0,3(PO4)3(LTAP) dengan metode liquid mixing. Penelitian dilakukan dengan bahan dasar serbuk Lithium Carbonat, serbuk Aluminium murni, Titanium Butoxide, Asam Phospat dan pelarut HCl. Sintesis elektrolit padat Li1,3Ti1,7Al0,3(PO4)3dilakukan dengan menggunakan variasi temperatur. Variasi temperatur digunakan pada 600°C, 700°C, 800°C,  900°C dan 1000ºC, dimana waktu kalsinasi untuk semua variasi temperatur selama 2 jam. Karakterisasi bahan dilakukan dengan mengunakan pengujian DTA/TG, Difraktometer Sinar-X (XRD),  Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), dan Konduktivitas Listrik. Analisis data XRD dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak Match! dan penghalusan Rietveld menggunakan software Rietica. Peningkatan perlakuan temperatur memperkecil struktur NASICON sehingga nilai konduktivitas listrik juga semakin menurun. Pada temperatur 600ºC memiliki struktur NASICON terbanyak yaitu 65,78% dan konduktivitas listrik yang paling tinggi mencapai 8,71×10-5S/cm. Ukuran partikel elektrolit padat Li1.3Ti1.7Al0.3(PO4)3 sebesar 0,1-1µm, semakin tinggi perlakuan temperatur maka ukuran partikel semakin besar.
