Menentukan Keandalan Komponen Mesin Produksi Pada Model Stress Strength yang Berdistribusi Gamma

Abstract


Dalam dunia perindustrian, produk yang dihasilkan oleh suatu perusahaan akan sangat diperhatikan. Kualitas dari suatu produk akan sangat ditentukan oleh tingkat keandalan komponen mesin produksinya. Salah satu aplikasi dari distribusi Gamma adalah tentang keandalan komponen. Dalam menentukan fungsi keandalan pada Model Stress Strength digunakan kurva interferensi dari Stress-Strength. Jika Stress-Strength berdistribusi Gamma, didapatkan fungsi keandalan yang berupa fungsi beta tak lengkap, . Dengan batas integrasi 0 sampai 0,5, saat parameter skala 1 dan batas integrasi 0 sampai saat parameter skala selain 1 dimana . Perhitungan dari studi kasus pada mesin pembuat pupuk di PT Petrokimia Gresik Cabang Nganjuk menggunakan fungsi keandalan dengan bantuan sofware Matlab, didapat hasil bahwa masing-masing mesin bekerja dalam kondisi prima, dan laju kerusakan tergolong konstan.
