Deteksi Kecepatan Kendaraan Berjalan di Jalan Menggunakan OpenCV

Abstract


Saat ini di berbagai negara telah menerapkan atau memasang CCTV di berbagai lampu lalu lintas di ruas jalan. Hasil rekaman CCTV ini memiliki berbagai fungsionalitas, salah satunya adalah untuk mendeteksi kecepatan suatu kendaraan. Untuk itu, tujuan Tugas Akhir ini adalah membuat perangkat lunak yang dapat mendeteksi kecepatan kendaraan di ruas jalan menggunakan OpenCV dari video yang diambil dari kamera CCTV atau kamera lainnya, dan dapat mengetahui/mencari perbedaan hasil deteksi kecepatan dengan berbagai nilai FPS (Frame Per Second) dari video yang menjadi input. Bahasa yang digunakan adalah bahasa Native Java.

Input untuk sistem adalah suatu video (.avi), pengambilan area/bagian dari gambar di video (Region of Interest atau ROI) yang akan dianalisa lebih lanjut seperti background subtraction, pembuatan garis start dan finish, menggambar kotak pada kendaraan, memperbarui posisi kendaraan, dan menyimpan hasil kecepatan rata-rata tiap kendaraan kedalam bentuk berkas Excel (.xls).

Pengujian dilakukan sebanyak 5 kali dengan beberapa skenario untuk mendapatkan error pada sistem. Error terkecil yang dihasilkan sistem sebesar 2.75%
