Abstract


Perkembangan teknologi otomotif semakin pesat diantaranya terdapat Electrical Control Unit (ECU). ECU merupakan pusat kontrol mesin. ECU mendapat masukkan/input dari sensor-sensor yang terdapat pada mesin kemudian mengolahnya dan memberi keluaran/output untuk waktu dan jumlah injeksi, saat proses pengapian. Pada paper ini akan membahas tentang desain kontrol prediktif Fuzzy yang diimplementasikan pada proses pengaturan injeksi. Pada proses pembakaran sempurna, perbandingan antara udara dengan konsumsi bahan bakar yaitu 14,7 : 1 atau dalam pembacaan sensor terukur 0.5V. Saat diimplementasikan ke plant, nilai lambda yang terukur berkisar antara 0.3 sampai 0.6 volt. Saat starting awal, respon dari konrol ini terjadi overshoot karena injeksi yang diberikan berlebih.
