Abstract


Penelitian ini membahas masalah pengaturan tegangan keluaran sebuah pembangkit generator set (genset) yang memiliki penggerak utama mesin bensin 4-tak dengan sistem bahan bakar menggunakan karburator dan kapasitas 1KVA. Genset direpresentasikan dengan model matematis yang diperoleh dari hasil identifikasi. Kontroler PID digunakan untuk mengendalikan agar tegangan keluaran generator selalu berada di nilai tertentu pada beban yang berubah - ubah. Kontroler hasil desain diaplikasikan pada sistem pembangkit genset. Hasil simulasi serta implementasi kontroler PID pada sistem pembangkit genset menunjukkan bahwa tegangan keluaran dapat mengikuti tegangan yang diinginkan dengan baik. Dengan parameter Kp = 0,026; τ_i=1,001dan τ_d=0,012 tegangan dapat bekerja stabil pada tegangan 150 Volt.
