Rancang Bangun Sistem Kontrol Level Dan Pressure Steam Generator Pada Simulator Mixing Process Di Workshop Instrumentasi

Abstract
Pencampuran bahan merupakan salah satu proses penting dalam industri. Jika dalam industri proses memiliki sistem mixing process yang tidak sempurna, maka produk yang dihasilkan juga tidak akan sempurna. Di workshop instrumentasi sendiri belum ada plant mixing process, untuk itu maka pada tugas akhir ini dibuatlah simulator mixing process. Pada judul tugas ini dikhususkan pada pembuatan bagian steam generator. Steam generator yang akan dibuat memiliki dua pengendalian, yaitu pengendalian level dan pengendalian pressure. Pengendalian level disini digunakan metode on-off, sedangkan untuk pengendalian pressure digunakan metode PID. Untuk pengendalian PID dilakukan 2 jenis tuning, yaitu trial error dan Ziegler Nichols. Setelah melakukan penalaan nilai Kp, Ti, dan Td untuk sistem ditentukanlah nilai Kp sebesar 0.1, nilai Ti sebesar 2.4, dan nilai Td sebesar 2. Penerapan metode PID pada sistem kontrol pressure menghasilkan respon yang cukup baik. Kriteria performansi sistem pressure menghasilkan maksimum overshoot 14.2% dan nilai settling time sebesar 25 detik. Selanjutnya untuk pengujian tracking set point didapat grafik respon yang cukup baik, itu dibuktikan dengan proses variabel yang selalu mengikuti saat set point diubah-ubah.
