Desain dan Implementasi Kontroler Fuzzy-Supervised PID berbasis PLC pada Sistem Kontrol Level Cairan Coupled-Tank

Abstract


Karena sistem pengaturan level pada coupled-tank mempunyai karakter nonlinear, dicirikan oleh pengendaliannya berhubungan dengan kondisi plant saat dioperasikan, maka kontroler PID dengan parameter tetap tidak bisa menjamin performa yang diinginkan untuk semua kondisi operasi. Oleh karena itu fuzzy-supervised PID didesain untuk memodifikasi parameter PID secara online sesuai kondisi plant. Strategi kontrol diprogramkan pada PLC yang banyak digunakan pada otomasi industri. Hasil simulasi menunjukan bahwa kontrol fuzzy-supervised PID dapat mempertahankan spesifikasi respon dengan ts(5%) sebesar 30 detik, tidak ada overshoot, dan zero offset pada nilai set point 10, 15, 20, dan 25. Sedangkan respon PID dengan parameter tetap menunjukan adanya error steady-state (ess). Hasil implementasi dengan nilai set point 10, 13, 15, 18, 20, 22, dan 25 cm menunjukan metode fuzzy-supervised PID memiliki %ess sebesar 0,74% dan ts(5%) sebesar 34,71 detik lebih baik dibanding PID dengan nilai 3,1% dan 37,7 detik.
