Cost Effective pada Sistem Regasifikasi Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) di Indonesia

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk  melakukan evaluasi dan  mendapatkan data desain dan  biaya  efektif  terhadap tiga teknologi  regasifikasi LNG  yaitu  Open Rack Vaporizer (ORV)  dengan  menggunakan  air  laut  sebagai  sumber  panas,  Direct  Natural  Draft, Ambient  Air  Vaporizer  (DND-AAV)  dan  Direct  Forced  Draft  Ambient  Air  Vaporizer, (DFD-AAV)  yang  menggunakan  udara  ambien  sebagai  sumber  panas. Ketiga proses ini dijalankan dengan kapasitas sama. Metode dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan bantuan program simulasi menggunakan program HYSYS 7.3 untuk mendapatkan kondisi operasi untuk tiap teknologi regasifikasi. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa sistem regasifikasi menggunakan ORV dengan medium air laut memiliki IRR yang paling tinggi dibanding kedua sistem regasifikasi lainnya.
