Pengaruh Working Environment dan Training terhadap Employee Performance

Abstract
Employee Performance menggambarkan seberapa sukses karyawan dalam menyelesaikan tugas-tugas mereka. Employee performance dianggap sebagai tulang punggung organisasi karena berkontribusi dalam pertumbuhan organisasi. Oleh karena itu, memantau dan meningkatkan employee performance adalah kunci untuk keuntungan langsung dan keberlanjutan jangka panjang pada suatu organisasi. Penelitian ini hendak mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, dengan tujuan untuk menawarkan wawasan yang dapat membantu meningkatkan performa karyawan di organisasi. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 110 yang dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling untuk mengolah data yang telah didapatkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa working environment dan training berpengaruh pada employee performance. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas working environment yang memadai dan program training yang dijalankan dengan baik, dapat meningkatkan employee performance dalam sebuah organisasi.
