Pemodelan dan Visualisasi Genangan Banjir Menggunakan Data DTM LiDAR (Studi Kasus: Kota Batu, Jawa Timur)

Abstract
Pemanfaatan DTM LiDAR telah banyak digunakan terkait berbagai penerapan dalam simulasi genangan banjir dari luapan air sungai. Simulasi genangan banjir ini perlu dilakukan sebagai langkah alternatif dalam sistem pengendalian banjir dan persiapan mitigasi bencana banjir untuk mengetahui perkiraan area yang kemungkinan dapat terkena dampak banjir. Banjir yang disimulasikan merupakan salah satu bentuk aliran unsteady flow yang dapat disimulasikan dengan program HEC-RAS, serta melakukan visualisasi daerah genangan banjir serta area terdampak banjir menggunakan pendekan sistem informasi geografis (SIG). SIG juga digunakan untuk mempersiapkan beberapa data spasial yang digunakan untuk pemodelan banjir, seperti data geometri sungai, deliniasi daerah aliran sungai tutupan lahan serta jenis tanah selain itu untuk keperluan analisis spasial lainnya. Data hidrologis didapat dari pengolahan curah hujan harian pada stasiun hujan. Analisis hidfrograf dilakukan dengan menggunakan model SCS CN pada perangkat lunak HEC-HMS untuk memperkirakan debit aliran dan debit puncak yang terjadi disepanjang sungai. Luas DAS, curve number, nilai Impervious, Initial Abstraction, dan time lag merupakan parameter yang berpengaruh terhadap analisis hidrograf. Dari hasil analisa hidrograf tersebut menghasilkan debit puncak dari model adalah 119,992 m2/s. Sedangkan dari analisa hidraulika menggunakan HEC-RAS menghasilkan luasan genangan 364.288 m2 yang menggenangi tiga desa yaitu Desa Bulukerto, Bumiaji dan Sidomulyo. Untuk kedalaman dari area tergenang berkisar antara 0,0009-15,189 m dengan rata-rata kedalaman tersebut adalah 4,534 m.
