Pengembangan Sistem Pengaduan Konsumen Terkait Bisnis Online Berbasis Facebook Open Graph Protocol Dan Sms Gateway

Abstract
Tren bisnis online semakin meningkat seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi. Di satu sisi, tren tersebut memberikan kemudahan dan kebebasan bagi konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian barang. Namun, disisi lain bisnis online juga memberikan resiko yang besar bagi konsumen. Berbagai modus penipuan online semakin marak, sementara dasar hukum yang mengaturnya masih baru dan belum tersosialisasikan dengan baik. Sehingga, diperlukan suatu upaya untuk memberikan sosialisasi dan perlindungan terhadap konsumen. Salah satu lembaga yang berperan aktif dalam upaya perlindungan konsumen adalah Komisi Nasional Perlindungan Konsumen dan Pelaku Usaha (KPKPU). KPKPU memberikan layanan pengaduan masalah, mediasi, sosialisasi hingga perlindungan hukum bagi konsumen. Kendala utama yang dihadapi KPKPU adalah masalah pelaporan yang tidak efisien (manual) serta sosialisasi yang kurang cepat (karena keterbatasan sumber daya manusia). Berdasarkan kendala yang dimiliki oleh KPKPU, maka dibutuhkan sistem pengaduan konsumen online (IKOn) yang efisien (otomatis) sekaligus mampu menjadi media sosialisasi yang dapat menggalang peran serta masyarakat (tidak terbatas hanya sumberdaya KPKPU). Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut, IKOn dikembangkan dengan teknologi Facebook Open Graph Protocol (FOGP) dan SMS Gateway. FOGP digunakan agar aplikasi dapat diintegrasikan didalam situs sosial media Facebook. Sehingga aplikasi dapat memberikan fitur sosial untuk sosialisasi informasi yang lebih cepat.
