Perencanaan Instalasi Pengolahan Lindi di Tempat Pengolahan Sampah Terpadu Refused Derived Fuel (TPST RDF) Cilacap

Abstract


Air lindi yang dihasilkan dari Tempat Pengolahan Sampah Terpadu Refused Derived Fuel (TPST RDF) Cilacap memiliki karakteristik yang melebihi baku mutu Perda Jateng Nomor 5 Tahun 2012. Paremeter yang melampau baku mutu yaitu BOD, COD, dan TSS. Debit lindi rata-rata berdasarkan pengukuran menggunakan metode tampung diketahui sebesar 6,46 m3/hari dan debit maksimum 8,50 m3/hari. Kualitas air lindi dari outlet bak pengumpul didapat dari hasil uji laboratorium memiliki konsentrasi BOD 12.084 mg/L, COD 18.424 mg/L, dan TSS 744 mg/L. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilaku-kan pengolahan agar lindi yang dibuang ke badan air meme-nuhi baku mutu. Alternatif pengolahan yang direncanakan yaitu menggunakan anaerobic baffled reactor (ABR) dengan tangki sedimentasi, anaerobic biofilter (ABF), dan constructed wetland (CW). Hasil perhitungan DED unit dan dimensi (panjang x lebar x kedalaman) adalah sebagai berikut. Tangki sedimentasi (6,5 m  2,2 m  2 m), ABR 6 kompartemen (1 m  2,2 m  2 m), ABF 2 kompartemen (1,25 m  2,2  1,8 m), dan CW (8 m  5 m  0,6 m). Biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk membangun instalasi pengolahan lindi adalah sebesar Rp286.008.088,00.
