Analisis Pengaruh Konduktivitas Bahan, Ukuran Lubang, dan Ketebalan Lapisan Mesh Terhadap Volume Air yang Ditangkap oleh Fog Catcher

Abstract
Kondisi geografis di Dusun Nglambur, Desa Sidoharjo, Kapanewon Samigaluh, Kabupatern Kulon Progo cocok untuk dilakukan kegiatan fog harvesting. Fog harvesting adalah proses menangkap kabut menggunakan jaring vertikal (fog catcher). Kejadian kekeringan pada musim kemarau perlu diwaspadai. Kondisi La Nina yang terjadi sejak 2020 diprediksi akan berakhir musim kemarau tahun 2023. Fog catcher pada penelitian ini tidak menggunakan mesh SFC (standard fog catcher) maupun LFC (large fog catcher) pada umumnya, namun menggunakan bahan yang mudah didapatkan di pasar lokal sehingga hasil penelitian dapat dibuat dengan mudah oleh warga. Pada simulasi menggunakan generator kabut piezoelectric, rata-rata hasil tangkapan mesh stainless steel tipe 304 setara dengan polyethylene (19,2 dan 18,9 mL). Hasil tangkapan mesh 60 lebih baik dari mesh 40 (20,3 dan 17,3 mL). Dan hasil tangkapan layer 2Y lebih baik dari layer 1 dan 2X (23; 14,7; dan 18,7 mL). Kualitas air tangkapan di Dusun Nglambur memiliki TDS 105-256 ppm dan pH 5,9-8.
