Kriteria Livability Perumahan Formal di Kawasan Peri-Urban Kecamatan Taman, Kabupaten Sidoarjo

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merumuskan kriteria yang berpengaruh pada livability perumahan formal di kawasan peri-urban Kecamatan Taman, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis Delphi guna memperoleh pendapat expert di bidang perumahan mengenai kesepakatan adanya pengaruh variabel penelitian terhadap tingkat livability wilayah penelitian. Analisis ini dilakukan melalui tiga putaran wawancara dengan empat responden expert. Input variabel yang akan diteliti sebagai kriteria berpengaruh pada tingkat livability berjumlah 36 variabel penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, ditemukan 28 kriteria yang berpengaruh pada livability perumahan formal di kawasan peri-urban Kecamatan Taman. Kriteria-kriteria tersebut terbagi menjadi 5 indikator, yakni fisik lingkungan, ekonomi, sosial, fasilitas, dan utilitas.
