Penanganan Kerusakan Jalan Ditinjau dari Perbandingan Metode PCI dan Bina Marga Sebagai Perbaikan Perkerasan Lentur (Studi Kasus : STA 0+000 – STA 8+500)

Abstract
Daerah Surabaya barat mengalami kerusakan jalan terutama pada ruas jalan Gresik – Margomulyo karena banyaknya pabrik yang berdiri mengakibatkan meningkatnya volume kendaraan, beban kendaraan yang berlebih keruskan jalan. analisa penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode PCI dan Bina Marga untuk menentukan jenis kerusakan pada jalan dan nilai tingkat kerusakan ruas jalan Gresik – Margomulyo sepanjang 8,5 km dan pada ruas jalan Margomulyo sepanjang 2,8 km setiap segmen sepanjang 100 m. Hasil yang diperoleh dari metode PCI pada ruas jalan Gresik – Margomulyo 66 dikategorikan sedang, sedangkan pada ruas jalan Margomulyo A mendapatkan nilai 72,52 dikategorikan sedang. Pada Metode Bina Marga ruas jalan Gresik – Margomulyo dan Margomulyo A didapatkan nilai urutan prioritas 6 dikategorikan sebagai pemeliharaan berkala. Metode perbaikan pemeliharaan rutin Jalan Gresik – Margomulyo dan Margomulyo A mengacu pada metode bina marga yaitu perbaikan P2 (pengaspalan), perbaikan P3 (penutupan retak), perbaikan P4 (pengisian retak), perbaikan P5 (penambalan lubang) , dan perbaikan P6 (perataan) dan pemeliharaan berkala. Biaya estimasi total untuk perbaikan pada ruas jalan Gresik – Margomulyo dan Margomulyo A sebesar Rp 14.134.084.298.
