Analisis Sedimentasi dan Operasional Sudetan Kali Ciliwung ke Kanal Banjir Timur (KBT)

Abstract
Sungai Ciliwung merupakan salahsatu sungai yang melewati Provinsi Jawa barat dan DKI Jakarta yang kerap terjadi banjir dikarenakan tingginya pertumbuhan penduduk dan alih fungsi lahan. Untuk menangani banjir yang terjadi di Jakarta dan memaksimalkan kapasitas Kanal Banjir Timur (KBT), dibangun sudetan yang mengalirkan mengalirkan debit Sungai Ciliwung sebesar 60 m³/dt ke Kanal Banjir Timur (KBT) melalui Sungai Cipinang dengan rencana panjang sudetan sepanjang 1.2 km. Sudetan yang berada pada kawasan hilir Sungai Ciliwung tinggi sedimentasi yang terjadi sehingga perlu dikakukan analisis sedimentasi untuk memaksimalkan fungsi dari sudetan dan umur dari sudetan. kemudian dapat diketahui operasional dan rencana pemeliharaan yang dapat dilakukan untuk menjaga kapasitas dari sudetan sehingga tetap efektif dalam mengalirkan air dari Sungai Ciliwung untuk mengatasi masalah banjir yang terjadi di Jakarta. Permodelan untuk mengetahui debit yang masuk ke dalam sudetan menggunakan HECRAS 1D dengan modeling Unsteady Flow didapatkan debit yang masuk ke sudetan sebesar 17.2 m³/dt - 47.84 m³/dt. Permodelan sedimen sudetan menggunakan HECRAS 1D dengan modeling Quasi Unsteady didapatkan sedimen yang masuk kedalam kolam outlet sudetan berkisar 145-222 ton dalam 36 jam pengaliran dan sedimen yang mengendap sebesar 0.1-0.06 ton dengan butiran yang dominan yaitu butiran lanau berkwarsa dengan diameter 0.0625-0.0325 mm. Diamater sedimen 0.0625 dapat tererosi jika sudetan dilakukan pengaliran yang memiliki kecepatan pengaliran rata-rata 1 m/dt kemudian selanjutnya akan dipompa dengan sludge pump dan dibuang ke disposal area. Operasional sudetan bergantung pada elevasi muka air pada Sungai Ciliwung, Sungai Cipinang, dan Outlet.
