Analisis Banjir Akibat Keruntuhan Bendungan Bagong Kabupaten Trenggalek Menggunakan HEC-RAS 2D

Abstract
Bendungan Bagong Kabupaten Trenggalek dibangun dengan tujuan sebagai pengendali banjir, pemenuhan kebutuhan air irigasi dan penyedia kebutuhan air baku. Di samping bermanfaat bagi kebutuhan manusia sehari-hari, bendungan juga memiliki potensi bahaya yang sangat besar apabila terjadi kesalahan pada saat proses pembangunan dan pengelolaannya. Keruntuhan bendungan (dam break) merupakan suatu peristiwa dimana suatu bendungan runtuh secara struktur yang otomatis akan menyebabkan air yang semula dibendung menjadi mengalir dan mengakibatkan banjir dengan skala yang besar di daerah hilir bendungan. Ada beberapa faktor penyebab dam break yaitu dikarenakan terjadinya overtopping dan piping. Metode dalam analisis hidrologi yang adalah Metode Polygon Thiessen untuk curah hujan rerata daerah, Metode normal, Log Pearson Type III dan Gumbel untuk analisis frekuensi dan menggunakan Hidrograf Satuan Sintetik Nakayasu untuk perhitungan hidorgraf banjir. Metode analisis keruntuhan Bendungan Bagong ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan program HEC-RAS 2D. Hasil perhitungan debit banjir kala ulang PMF adalah sebesar 382,783 m³/detik. Tinggi maksimum genangan banjir adalah sebesar 32,911 m. Terdapat 20 desa di 3 kecamatan pada Kabupaten Trenggalek yang tergenang banjir akibat keruntuhan Bendungan Bagong yaitu Desa Sengon, Srabah, Sambirejo, Sumberdadi, Sumbergedong, Surodakan, Ngares, Ngantru, Tamanan, Kelutan, Rejowinangun, Ngadirenggo, Ngetal, Pogalan, Gembleb, Bendorejo, Wonocoyo, Sukorame, Krandegan dan Melis. Genangan banjir akibat keruntuhan Bendungan Bagong Kabupaten Trenggalek memiliki jangkauan ± 36 km. Jumlah penduduk terdampak banjir adalah 21.607 orang. Maka Bendungan Bagong Kabupaten Trenggalek termasuk bendungan dengan klasifikasi bahaya tingkat sangat tinggi.
