Pemetaan Risiko Banjir Akibat Keruntuhan Bendungan Jragung Mengggunakan HEC-RAS 2D

Abstract
Bendungan memiliki banyak manfaat bagi masyarakat yaitu sebagai penyimpan air, pencegah banjir, penyediaan air irigasi, objek wisata, penyediaan energi pembangkit listrik tenaga air (PLTA) dan lainnya. Namun, di balik banyaknya manfaat yang dimiliki bendungan, bendungan juga berpotensi membahayakan kehidupan masyarakat berupa keruntuhan bendungan. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk menganalisis risiko banjir yang disebabkan oleh keruntuhan Bendungan Jragung. Simulasi keruntuhan Bendungan Jragung dilakukan dengan kondisi piping pada saat PMF, debit banjir 1000 tahun, dan kondisi muka air normal menggunakan HEC-RAS v6.3.1. Kemudian dilakukan analisis risiko akibat banjir pada hilir bendungan, sehingga mendapatkan peta risiko. Hasil perhitungan analisis hidrologi didapatkan bahwa Bendungan Jragung tidak mengalami overtopping akibat debit PMF dan analisis piping didapatkan Bendungan Jragung tidak aman terhadap piping. Maka simulasi keruntuhan bendungan dilakukan dengan akibat piping. Dari hasil simulasi keruntuhan Bendungan Jragung, keruntuhan akibat piping saat debit PMF memiliki dampak terbesar dengan luas banjir 16747,85 ha dan ketinggian banjir maksimum sebesar 32,61 meter. Hasil analisis risiko menunjukkan total daerah berisiko adalah 15738,27 ha dengan kelas risiko tinggi mendominasi 52% dari daerah berisiko, kemudian diikuti oleh kelas risiko sedang 25% dari daerah berisiko dan kelas risiko rendah 22% dari daerah berisiko.
