Perancangan Lifting System pada Forklift Elektrik Menggunakan Power Screw

Abstract
Forklift adalah salah satu alat yang umum digunakan saat aktivitas bongkar muat pada perusahaan jasa ekpedisi. Penerapan power screw sebagai lifting system pada forklift memiliki beberapa keunggulan seperti kontrol yang lebih presisi, kestabilan yang lebih baik, memiliki komponen yang lebih sedikit sehingga bersifat compact serta perawatan yang lebih ekonomis. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui perancangan, besar biaya produksi dan kelebihan serta kekurangan dari perancangan lifting system pada forklift menggunakan power screw. Penelitian diawali dengan identifikasi komponen yang dibutuhkan pada forklift, kemudian penentuan material per komponen, selanjutnya pembuatan desain 3 dimensi dari rancangan yang kemudian disimulasikan dengan aplikasi ANSYS R2 2022 dengan variasi ketinggian fork dari atas tanah dengan variasi 1 770mm, variasi 2 1000mm dan variasi 3 1450 mm untuk melihat respon komponen fork, power screw, nut dan frame terhadap deformasi dan maximum stress yang terjadi akibat pembebanan. Setelah hasil simulasi dinilai memuaskan, penelitian dilanjutkan dengan menentukan biaya produksi per komponen dan menganalisa kelebihan dan kekurangan dari rancangan.
