Penentuan Tata Letak Produk dan Metode Order Picking pada Gudang Perusahaan Fast-Moving Consumer Goods

Abstract
Gudang berperan krusial dalam rantai pasok, terutama untuk memenuhi permintaan pasar dan mempertahankan customer service level. PT XYZ, sebuah perusahaan FMCG, menghadapi tantangan operasional di pusat distribusi (DC) di Indonesia timur, khususnya di DC Kota X. Tantangan ini meliputi keterbatasan jumlah picker, kapasitas pengambilan produk, dan kebijakan random storage policy yang mengakibatkan penempatan produk acak tanpa mempertimbangkan pola permintaan SKU. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengoptimasi tata letak penyimpanan dari 407 lokasi palet untuk 154 SKU kategori home care, dengan mempertimbangkan produk fast-moving dan slow-moving. Optimasi dilakukan dengan model matematis integer linear programming (ILP), menggunakan parameter frekuensi pengambilan produk, jarak antar lokasi palet, dan jarak ke area staging. Selanjutnya, simulasi Monte Carlo digunakan untuk menentukan metode order picking optimal. Hasil menunjukkan total rata-rata jarak order picking untuk batch picking sebesar 295.210 meter, s-shape picking 306.910 meter, return picking 431.699 meter, dan composite picking 291.008 meter sebagai metode dengan jarak paling minimal.
