Penilaian Risiko Terhadap Pipa Bawah Laut East Java Gas Pipeline (EJGP) Pertagas Akibat Soil Liquefaction Karena Gempa Bumi

Abstract
Kegagalan sistem perpipaan bawah laut sering terjadi karena adanya fenomena alam pengaruh lingkungan dari gelombang, arus dan gempa bumi. Fenomena alam yang terjadi pada pipa bawah laut meliputi, scouring, soil liquefaction, dan landslide yang kemudian berakibat pada settlement. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisis mengenai penilaian risiko terhadap pipa bawah laut East Java Gas Pipeline (EJGP) milik PT. Pertagas yang kemungkinan terjadi soil liquefaction karena gempa bumi. Sistem perpipaan yang ditinjau menghubungkan antara Pulau Pagerungan dan Porong. Soil liquefaction merupakan fenomena alam yang menggambarkan pencairan tanah jenuh kehilangan kekuatan dan kekakuan dalam menanggapi sebuah tegangan, biasanya getaran gempa bumi atau perubahan mendadak lainnya dalam kondisi stress, menyebabkan tanah berperilaku seperti cairan. Fenomena ini dapat menyebabkan terjadinya settlement pada area pipa yang terpasang, sehingga menyebabkan perubahan kedalaman tanah yang dikhawatirkan pipa yang meletak pada permukaan dasar laut mengalami buckling akibat terjadinya bentangan bebas (freespan) serta terjadinya perubahan longitudinal stress pada pipa yang terpasang. Penilaian risiko yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Monte Carlo. Metode ini bertujuan untuk mencari frekuensi peluang kegagalan konsekuensi dari sistem yang ditinjau, sehingga dapat mengetahui matriks risiko untuk tingkat bahaya yang terjadi. Dari analisa yang telah dilakukan, sistem perpipaan akan terjadi soil liquefaction untuk semua Kilometer Points (KP) dan variasi magnitude gempa (Mw) dan menunjukkan bahwa risiko pada sistem perpipaan ini berada dalam kondisi ALARP.
