Sistem Autentikasi Biometrik berbasis Fitur Spektrum Sinyal Elektroensefalografi

Abstract
Sistem autentikasi terkini memiliki kelemahan, seperti kehilangan kartu dan kunci, dan rentannya keamanan saat memasukkan sandi dan Personal Identification Number. Sistem autentikasi biometrik, sidik jari dan retina, juga memiliki kelemahan, yaitu dapat ditiru penipu. Pada penelitian ini, digunakan sinyal elektroensefalografi (EEG) sebagai modalitas baru dalam autentikasi biometrik, karena sifatnya yang tidak sadar dan sulit diimitasi dengan artefak yang bukan organisme hidup. Konfigurasi elektroda yang digunakan adalah Fp2 untuk sinyal masukan, A1 referensi, dan A2 common-mode. Elektroda yang digunakan adalah elektroda Ag/AgCl sekali pakai. Perangkat keras instrumentasi sinyal EEG melingkupi filter radio frequency interference, proteksi, penguat instrumentasi, common-mode rejection, penghilang tegangan DC diferensial, penguat tak membalik, low-pass filter frekuensi cut-off 72Hz, high-pass filter 0,23Hz, notch filter 50Hz, isolasi, adder, dan dikonversi digital dengan ADS1115. Total penguatannya adalah 30.375,62x. Sinyal digital kemudian dikirim ke Arduino Nano dan diproses Personal Computer untuk pengolahan sinyal. Sinyal kemudian difilter Butterworth orde 3 frekuensi cut-off 4-14Hz, diberi window Hamming, dianalisis spektrum frekuensinya menggunakan Fast Fourier Transform, dikelompokkan dalam 128 bin, dan dinormalisasi. Fitur disimpan menggunakan Microsoft SQL Server dan dikenali Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan. Persentase keberhasilan verifikasi mencapai 96% untuk autentikasi lima subyek. Pembelajaran mesin kemudian diintegrasikan dengan antar-muka real-time, dan didapati keberhasilan verifikasi 80%.
