Perancangan Sistem Pengujian Distorsi Kaca Spion Menggunakan Metode Radial Line

Abstract
Pengujian distorsi merupakan salah satu cara mengetahui kualitas dari kaca spion. Distorsi merupakan keadaan dimana bayangan benda terbentuk tidak sama dengan benda asli karena adanya cacat pada cermin. Selama ini pengujian dilakukan secara manual dengan metode concentric circle yang memiliki kelemahan melakukan penghitungan distorsi di bagian terpusat saja. Pengujian distorsi ini dilakukan dengan metode radial line dengan kelebihan melakukan penghitungan di seluruh luasan kaca spion. Metode radial line membutuhkan layar dengan pola radial line sebagai obyek kaca spion. Pengambilan data pengujian melalui penyusunan tegak lurus kaca spion terhadap obyek dan webcam sejauh 300 mm. Data yang diperoleh dalam format digital diolah dengan sistem pengolahan citra digital melalui GUI (Graphical User Interface). Tahap pre-processing citra dilakukan melalui proses smoothing dan sharpening. Selanjutnya citra obyek dipisahkan terhadap background. Kemudian software pengolahan citra akan menghitung besar faktor distorsi. Untuk mendapatkan error yang minimal dalam pengujian, maka dilakukan variasi terhadap ketebalan garis obyek dan tahap pre-processing. Pada proses ini diperoleh garis obyek yang paling baik menggunakan ketebalan 1.2 mm. Tahap pre-processing terbaik dengan memasukkan nilai 2 dan 0 pada smoothing dan sharpening GUI. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah error presisi yang didapatkan sebesar 1.69% atau keakuratan 98.31%.
