Analisis dan Desain Dasbor Inteligensia Bisnis untuk Memantau Kinerja Organisasi di KPPN Surabaya I

Abstract

Pemantauan kinerja organisasi di KPPN masih dilakukan selama 3 bulan sekali, hal ini berakibat KPPN kurang responsif terhadap tantangan dan kesempatan yang ada sehingga menghambat pencapaian kinerja organisasi. Maka dari hal ini diperlukan sebuah aplikasi pemantau kinerja organisasi yang dapat dilihat setiap saat dengan data terbaru. Sumber data yang akan dipakai pada penelitian ini adalah database KPPN Surabaya I tahun anggaran 2012. Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU) dari dasbor ini mengacu pada Pada Keputusan Jenderal Perbendaharaan No 107/PB/2012 tentang Pengelolaan Kinerja lingkup Direktorat Jenderal Perbendaharaan. Alur analisis dari dasbor dibuat berdasarkan IKU tersebut
