Sistem Pengering Anggur Berbasis Kolektor Surya dengan Pelacak Matahari dan Kontroler PID

Abstract
Anggur memiliki kandungan air sebesar 75-80%, sehingga rentan terhadap aktivitas fisiologis seperti respirasi dan transpirasi yang menyebabkan anggur sensitif terhadap aktivitas mikroba seperti pembusukan. Produksi anggur di Indonesia selama 10 tahun ke belakang memiliki rata-rata sebesar 10.932,8 ton. Menanggapi sifat dan peluang produksi anggur, pengeringan anggur menjadi kismis merupakan solusi untuk memperpanjang umur konsumsi anggur. Metode pengeringan dengan penjemuran langsung di bawah matahari memerlukan waktu yang lama, dan menghasilkan luaran yang kurang bagus. Untuk menambah efisiensi dan memaksimalkan luarannya, maka pada penelitian ini digunakanlah teknologi rekayasa surya dan rangkaian elektronika sebagai perbaikan dari cara konvensional. Alat ini menggabungkan prinsip pengeringan anggur dengan energi surya secara tidak langsung, dengan kolektor surya yang sudah dilengkapi dengan pelacak matahari serta kontrol proporsional integral derivative (PID) pada sistem penyaluran udaranya. Pengujian alat menghasilkan suhu udara 72,69 C, dengan sistem pengaliran udara yang lebih merata. Dengan suhu yang dioptimalkan, serta sistem pengeringan yang lebih merata dihasilkan pengeringan yang lebih cepat dimana anggur pada alat pengering memiliki berat akhir sebesar 48,19 gram setelah 4 hari pengeringan. Dalam keadaan tersebut anggur sudah dapat disimpan dengan waktu penyimpanan lebih lama sementara penjemuran konvensional masih menyisahkan 194,33 gram.
