Abstract
Rumah Sakit TK. II Moh. Ridwan Meuraksa (MRM) merupakan salah satu rumah sakit umum yang memiliki pasien yang beragam. Pada pelayanan pendaftaran pasien, pasien dibagi berdasarkan pekerjaan dan kepemilikan bantuan jaminan kesehatan. Untuk mengakomodasi hal ini maka diperlukan informasi alur pelayanan pendaftaran yang mudah diterima oleh aspek kognitif manusia dan mudah beradaptasi terhadap perubahan. BPMN merupa kan model proses bisnis yang mampu menggambarkan alur proses bisnis yang cukup kompleks secara berurutan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui usability dan maintainability dari model proses bisnis yang dibangun dengan mempertimbangkan tingkat kompleksitas, karakteristik pasien, dan time pressure. Pengujian usability dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner System Usability Scale (SUS) dan wawancara kepada responden. Pada maintainability dilakukan dengan mengukur Number of Activity (NOA) dan Control-Flow Complexity (CFC) yang terbentuk dari model yang dibangun. Berdasarkan pengolahan dan analisis yang telah dilakukan aspek tingkat kompleksitas, karakteristik pasien, dan time pressure terbukti memberikan pengaruh terhadap waktu respons pasien melalui uji Three way’s ANOVA.
