Abstract


Transjakarta merupakan pelopor pengadaan BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) di Indonesia.  Penurunan jumlah pengguna hingga 10% pengguna di koridor I Blok M – Kota diakibatkan oleh tidak seimbangnya pertumbuhan jumlah pengguna dengan  optimalisasi layanan. Maka dari itu diperlukan adanya peningkatan pelayanan bus transjakarta berdasarkan preferensi pengguna. Analisa untuk mengetahui preferensi pengguna akan menggunakan analisa service quality, sehingga didapat prioritas layanan transjakarta dengan tingkat ketidakpuasan  tinggi. Setelah itu dapat disusun arahan peningkatan layanan berdasarkan prioritas layanan menggunakan triangulasi dengan membandingkan keadaan eksisting, harapan pengguna, dan peraturan standarisasi setiap layanan. Penyusunan arahan penelitian adalah arahan layanan faktor insternal dan eksternal
