Purwarupa Lengan Robot Penyuap Makanan Berbasis Estimasi Posisi Mulut

Abstract
Lengan Robot atau Robotic Arm merupakan alat yang sering digunakan di berbagai bidang perindustrian baik untuk produksi maupun pemindahan produk. Beberapa lengan robot juga digunakan dalam pelayanan domestik seperti sebagai pembantu rumah tangga. Lengan Robot memiliki keunggulan dibanding dengan robot mobile seperti pengulangan gerakan yang presisi, efisiensi tinggi, dan kemampuan membawa beban yang besar di daerah sempit. Gerakan lengan Robot tergantung dengan jumlah DOF (Degree Of Freedom). Lengan robot dapat dikendalikan gerakannya menggunakan teknologi visi komputer dimana ujung dari lengan robot diarahkan pada objek yang tertangkap kamera. Pada studi ini, Lengan Robot akan diimplementasikan sebagai alat penyuap makanan untuk membantu orang – orang yang kesulitan melakukan gerakan mekanis memasukan makanan seperti pasien kecelakaan dan orang lansia. Alat ini menggunakan estimasi posisi berbasis visi komputer untuk menentukan posisi mulut manusia dan mengarahkan ujung lengan robot yang berupa sendok menuju depan mulut manusia. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah lengan robot dapat mengarahkan sendok ke depan mulut dengan menerapkan metode invers kinematik dari titik koordinat posisi mulut yang telah didapat dengan error rate yang kecil sebesar 0.88 – 1.52 cm. Bentuk sendok akan mempengaruhi jenis makanan yang cocok dalam sistem lengan robot. Pada penelitian ini, sendok yang digunakan cocok dengan jenis makanan tidak berkuah seperti nasi dan buah
