Perhitungan Waktu dan Biaya Pelaksanaan Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Apartemen Klaska Residence Tower Azure Surabaya

Abstract

Proyek pembangunan Apartemen Klaska Residence Tower Azure terletak di Jalan Jagir Wonokromo No. 100, Kec. Wonokromo, Kota Surabaya, merupakan salah satu proyek yang dibangun oleh kontraktor PT. Mitralanggeng Prama Konstruksi dengan lahan seluas 28.994 m2 yang terdiri dari 41 lantai. Perhitungan waktu dan biaya pada proyek ini dilakukan dengan menghitung volume, kapasitas produksi alat yang digunakan, produktivitas tiap item pekerjaan, durasi dan penyusunan jadwal pada setiap item pekerjaan yang menggunakan alat bantu Microsoft Project dan perhitungan biaya berdasarkan standar harga di Surabaya. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil biaya pekerjaan senilai Rp30.116.126.552,- dengan waktu pelaksanaan 181 hari kalender.
