Kontrol Eksoskeleton Tangan dengan Sensor Taktil untuk Rehabilitasi Spesific-Task Practice pada Pasien Spastisitas Pasca Stroke

Abstract
Pasien pasca stroke dengan komplikasi spastisitas dapat menyebabkan kurangnya kemampuan menggenggam objek sehingga mempunyai kebutuhan khusus dengan bantuan eksoskeleton tangan robotik. Setelah dilakukan berbagai teknik fisioterapi untuk menangani spastisitas, perlu dilakukan evaluasi kekuatan tangan pasien selama menggenggam. Meskipun banyak metode rehabilitasi specific-task learning dengan eksokskeleton, untuk mendapatkan pengukuran kekuatan selama interaksi genggaman masih menjadi hal yang menantang. Tujuan penelitian ini mengembangkan eksoskeleton dengan umpan balik dari sensor taktil untuk mengevaluasi distribusi kekuatan pada ujung jari pasien, lalu eksoskeleton membantu pasien menjaga kekuatan pegangan disekitar trehsold untuk meningkatkan kemampuan gerak. Pengukuran threshold genggaman tangan normal yang didapatkan untuk mengangkat sebuah cangkir adalah 2,254 N. Selama rehabilitasi, eksoskeleton mampu menjaga kekuatan pegangan disekitar threshold, ketika kekuatan pegangan subjek terdeteksi dibawah threshold, eksoskeleton mampu memberikan stimulus eksternal power sehingga menjaga kekuatan pegangan.
