Modifikasi Desain Struktur Gedung Apartemen Skyhouse+ Alam Sutera (Tower Acacia) Serpong dengan Metode Beton Pracetak Menurut SNI 2847:2019

Abstract
Gedung Apartemen Skyhouse+ Alam Sutera (Tower Acacia) di Tangerang Selatan merupakan sebuah gedung yang dibangun dengan metode beton cor di tempat atau cor in situ. Gedung Apartemen Skyhouse+ Alam Sutera (Tower Acacia) terdiri dari 39 lantai tower dan 1 lantai basement. Dalam tugas akhir ini, akan dilakukan modifikasi perencanaan Gedung Apartemen Skyhouse+ Alam Sutera (Tower Acacia) dengan menggunakan metode beton pracetak. Diharapkan dengan menggunakan metode beton pracetak, untuk menghasilkan waktu pengerjaan yang lebih cepat dan efisien, serta memastikan kualitas struktur sesuai perencanaan awal. Perencanaan pada tugas akhir ini memiliki acuan dasar SNI 1947:2019 untuk perhitungan beton struktural, PCI Handbook 7th Edition sebagai acuan dasar perencanaan elemen beton pracetak, SNI 1726:2019 untuk perhitungan gempa, SNI 1727:2019 untuk pembebanan struktur, dan. Analisa struktur dari perencanaan akan menggunakan aplikasi bantu ETABS 18 dan spColumn. Sedangkan hasil perhitungan akan disajikan dalam gambar teknik. Elemen beton pracetak yang direncanakan adalah struktur pelat, balok, dan kolom. Serta sambungan dari Peikko Group Modix Rebar Coupler untuk sambungan balok, dan sambungan NMB Splice Sleeve untuk sambungan antar kolom.
