Analisis Crack pada Transverse Corrugated Bulkhead Kapal Tanker Menggunakan Metode Elemen Hingga

Abstract
Salah satu bagian dari konstruksi kapal adalah sekat. Sekat digunakan untuk membatasi/ melokalisir bahaya kebakaran atau kebocoran, membagi bagian-bagian kapal, dan memperkuat konstruksi kapal. Kelelahan dapat dialami oleh bagian sekat yang terkena beban. Dilakukan analisis perhitungan tegangan buckling pada sekat bergelombang yang diakibatkan oleh adanya retak permulaan. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian adalah mengetahui tegangan kritis setiap variasi panjang retak mula-mula. Data kapal penelitian ini didapatkan penelitian sebelumnya. Variasi panjang retak yang digunakan yaitu panjang 50 mm, 75 mm, 100 mm, 150 mm, 175 mm, dan 200 mm. setelah dilakukan simulasi pada setiap variasi, dilakukan analisis dan perhitungan untuk mendapatkan tegangan kritis setiap variasi. Tegangan kritis terbesar terjadi pada variasi model sekat bergelombang dengan panjang retak 50 mm yaitu sebesar 207.6 MPa. Sementara tegangan kritis terkecil terjadi pada variasi model panjang retak 200 mm yaitu sebesar 207.39 MPa.
