Analisis Biaya dan Waktu Pelaksanaan Metode Alternatif Hollow Core Slab pada Gedung Apartemen Surabaya

Abstract
Pemilihan metode pelaksanaan sangat berperan besar terhadap anggaran biaya dan waktu pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi. Beton pracetak merupakan salah satu metode pelaksanaan yang mulai menggantikan metode konvensional. Penerapan beton pracetak dianggap akan menghasilkan waktu pelaksanaan dengan durasi lebih cepat juga dapat mengurangi biaya pemakaian bekisting. Pada penelitian ini digunakan salah satu jenis beton pracetak yaitu hollow core slab sebagai metode alternatif dari pelat konvensional. Perhitungan biaya dan waktu pelaksanaan dihitung berdasarkan literatur yang digunakan maupun peraturan yang berlaku untuk mendapatkan hasil yang sesuai dengan kondisi lapangan. Adapun untuk perhitungan waktu hingga penyusuanan jadwal proyek digunakan alat bantu Microsoft Project. Berdasarkan hasil analisis perhitungan diketahui waktu pelaksanaan proyek Apartemen Grand Stand Surabaya lantai 21-30 dengan metode alternatif hollow core slab mencapai 245 hari kerja dengan biaya total proyek sebesar Rp. 12,388,437,000.00. Sedangkan data perhitungan berdasarkan dokumen dari kontraktor untuk metode konvensional dengan lantai yang sama mencapai 247 hari kerja dengan biaya total proyek sebesar Rp. 14,108,921,393.67.
