Faktor-faktor Yang Mempengaruhi WTP (Willingness To Pay) Pengguna Fly Over K.H. Noer Ali

Abstract
Dengan adanya pembangunan Fly over K.H. Noer Ali oleh pihak Summarecon Bekasi, tentunya akan memberikan banyak pengaruh terhadap kegiatan ekonomi masyarakat Kota Bekasi secara keseluruhan. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kesediaan masyarakat Kota Bekasi apabila diminta untuk membayar biaya jasa pemeliharaan Fly over dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesediaan responden untuk membayar nilai tersebut dengan menggunakan metode kontingen valuasi atau Contingent Valuation Method (CVM). Didapatkan hasil bahwa variabel jenis kelamin tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kesediaan responden untuk membayar atau nilai WTP dari responden, akan tetapi keenam variabel lainnya yaitu usia, pekerjaan, tingkat pendidikan terakhir, pendapatan per bulan, jenis kendaraan, dan intensitas penggunaan obyek penelitian memiliki pengaruh. Adapun nilai WTP dalam rupiah yang bersedia dibayarkan oleh responden didapatkan nilai rata-ratanya sebesar Rp3677,88 yang kemudian dibulatkan menjadi Rp4000.
