Rancang Bangun Alat Auskultasi untuk Pengukuran Bunyi Jantung dengan Pengiriman Jarak Jauh Berbasis Internet of Things

Abstract
Auskultasi merupakan tindakan penting bagi dokter untuk mendengar suara tubuh pasien, biasanya berupa suara jantung atau suara pernapasan, guna mendiagnosis pasien dan mengetahui gejala penyakit atau kondisi yang dialami pasien tersebut. Perancangan ini guna mengukur suara jantung pada 3 subjek menggunakan stetoskop, mini plug-in microphone, dan mini PC Raspberry Pi dengan pengiriman jarak jauh berbasis IoT menggunakan cloud. Pada pengiriman jarak jauh berbasis IoT menghasilkan rekaman suara jantung terjadi delay selama 0,30 detik. Analisis frekuensi pada Continous Wavelet Transform (CWT) adalah range frekuensi dominan sinyal suara jantung pada suara jantung pertama (S1) dan suara jantung kedua (S2), menghasilkan frekuensi dominan banyak berada pada S1. Berdasarkan hasil perekaman pada empat titik jantung yakni Aortic (AO), Pulmonary Artery (PA), Left Ventricle (LV), dan Right Ventricle (RV) selama 2 detik, pada Subjek A range frekuensi dominan sinyal suara S1 ada pada 23,5 Hz - 62,4 Hz dengan range waktu 0,51 detik - 1,36 detik dan sinyal suara S2 pada 23,5 Hz - 46,9 Hz dengan range waktu 0,97 detik - 1,82 detik. Pada Subjek B range frekuensi dominan sinyal suara S1 ada pada 12,5 Hz - 26,8 Hz dengan range waktu 0,75 detik - 0,96 detik dan suara S2 pada 23,5 Hz - 33,5 Hz dengan range waktu 1,06 detik - 1,28 detik. Pada Subjek C range frekuensi dominan sinyal suara S1 pada 20,9 Hz - 46,9 Hz dengan range waktu 0,74 detik - 1,48 detik dan suara S2 pada 24,7 Hz - 58,9 Hz dengan range waktu 1,02 detik - 1,76 detik.
